Nick - Coach

My mission as a coach is to encourage growth, foster motivation, and offer solutions to anyone looking to achieve their fullest potential in movement. My experience consists of over 16,000+ sessions dedicated to training a variety of people, from weekend warriors and on-the-go small business owners, to stay-at-home parents, retirees, and high school/collegiate athletes. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College, and I continue to spend countless hours studying ways to increase human performance through biomechanics and motivational psychology to help clients and athletes create lasting behavioral change.

Our time inside the gym is highly valuable amongst a seemingly endless list of daily chores & “To-Do’s.” Because of this, we must be as effective as possible with the time that we set aside for ourselves to exercise and so my approach as a coach relies on inviting my clients to be a part of the process. Together we take the guesswork out of what exercises should be done and begin to improve your body’s ability to function and remain pain-free along the way.
