Kayla DiSiena

Kayla holds a bachelor’s degree in Fitness Development from the State University of New York at Cortland. She completed an internship at an integrative chiropractic clinic, where she gained valuable experience in exercise programming for functional movement, pain reduction, and injury prevention, while working alongside a high-level team of health professionals.

 

Kayla is a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a certified Functional Movement Screen specialist, a Functional Range Conditioning provider, a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified golf movement assessment provider, and a certified Mindset Specialist through the Nutritional Coaching Institute.

She has worked with a wide range of clients across all fitness levels and goals—from performance and strength, to improved mobility, energy, and sustainable fat loss. Kayla is especially passionate about helping people build habits that truly last. Her approach combines smart, effective programming with a strong focus on mindset, education, and a positive, supportive environment.
